Due to the amount of confusion and constant changes, we've created this guide to help businesses access funding through FUNDAE and what you need to understand to make the best use of your budget without making mistakes. A Simplified Guide to Using FUNDAE

Calculate your credit
Access the credit calculator on the FUNDAE website: https://www.fundae.es/empresas
Here you can get a rough estimate of what you have access to this year. InAudio, in collaboration with third parties, may provide a more accurate estimate based on the previous year for free.

Register with FUNDAE
Obtain a digital certificate from the National Mint and Stamp Factory: https://www.sede.fnmt.gob.es/
Access the FUNDAE online application: https://www.fundae.es/empresas/home/como-bonificarte
Choose your training
Select the course you wish to take from any training company registered with FUNDAE. You can request a supporting document from the training company to ensure the legality of the process. InAudio offers courses specifically designed to meet FUNDAE requirements.

Communicate the start of training
Inform FUNDAE through its online platform. We can help you with this application process, working with an external manager if your HR department isn't equipped to handle it. The managers we work with charge a 10% to 15% commission, but this can also be covered by the funding you receive from FUNDAE.
Carry out the training
A 2-3 month course is recommended to avoid additional costs with the manager and also improve your chances of obtaining the 75% assistance required to secure your financing.
Apply the bonus
Once you complete your training, apply the bonus to your Social Security contributions. InAudio will help you with all the necessary paperwork to apply the bonus.
Keep the documentation
Keep all training-related documents for four years. This is a legal requirement in case of an inspection. InAudio will provide you with all the necessary documentation and help you keep it organized.
Remember that inaudio can assist you every step of the way, from the initial credit calculation to the final application of the bonus, simplifying the entire process and ensuring you take full advantage of FUNDAE's benefits for your employees' English training in English or any other language.
Important FUNDAE Rules
To meet FUNDAE requirements and secure the bonus, it is essential to follow these rules:
Attendance: Participants must attend at least 75% of the in-person training hours or complete 75% of the periodic online training checks.
Dates and times cannot be changed during the course without prior notice and a valid justification (medical or otherwise).
Evaluation: It is mandatory to carry out an evaluation of the participants' learning.
Quality questionnaire: Students must complete a questionnaire to evaluate the quality of the training activities.
Final report: At the end of the training, a final report of the training activities must be submitted.
Co-financing: Companies must contribute a percentage of the training costs, which varies depending on the size of the company.
Reports: Completion reports must be submitted for training groups and participants.
Costs: Detailed records must be kept of all costs associated with training.
InAudio will manage all of these aspects, ensuring that your company complies with all FUNDAE regulations. Our team will handle the documentation, reporting, and follow-up necessary so you can take full advantage of the benefits of subsidized training without worry.
